About

Three meals a day for twenty men.

In the 1920s, brothers Mathias and Nick Funk purchased this cook car to feed their harvest crew. Two women cooked three meals a day plus lunches for twenty or more men in this narrow, train-car-shaped kitchen with no refrigeration, no running water, and no electricity. The Majestic cook stove that did all of it is still here.
