Built in 1910 and the first building ever moved to Pioneer Village, Zion Lutheran Church still holds worship services every Pioneer Day. Inside, the original pews, the hand-crafted chancel furniture, and two back corners honoring rural Lutheran congregations that have since closed tell the story of faith on the northern plains.
Pioneer Village is preserved entirely by gifts from people who love it. Your contribution keeps all twenty-four buildings standing, the grounds open, and the programs running for the children who visit each spring.
